Setting Boundaries for Your Digital Team Members

🔒 Security Tip of the Week:

If your organization is experimenting with autonomous AI agents, treat their access like you would any other privileged identity. Give each agent an identifiable owner, use dedicated credentials, limit permissions to what it actually needs and log the actions it performs. Start with narrow authority and expand it deliberately as you understand how the agent behaves.

📌 This Week’s Outlook in a Shareable Statement:

AI agents are changing the Security question from what software is allowed to access to what software is allowed to decide. Identity, least privilege and Zero Trust give us a strong foundation, but organizations will also need clear boundaries around authority. Autonomy can be powerful without being unlimited.
